The Alliance for Mindanao Off-grid Renewable Energy 2 (AMORE 2) is a five (5) year project implemented by Winrock International (WI) in partnership with USAID, DOE, former Mirant Philippines Foundation, and the ARMM.
The objective of this procurement is to solicit responsive offers from companies and institutional partners to submit proposals on the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and provision of maintenance services for a number of PV systems in public facilities and end-use appliances in 30 barangays, as well as to commercially sell and market solar home systems to private customers.

Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available starting August 13, 2008, downloadable from the AMORE website: www.amore.org.ph. A pre-bid conference shall be held on August 15, 2008, 1:00pm in AMORE Office.
WI reserves the right to reject any or all Applications for Pre-qualification, waive any required formality therein, and accept the bid and award the subcontract to the most advantageous offer to the project. WI assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of the bids, nor does it guarantee an award will be made.
