Alliance for Mindanao and Multi-Regional
Off-Grid Renewable Energy (AMORE 2) Program

                                                  
A rural electrification project being implemented by Winrock International, in partnership with USAID, Mirant Philippines, the Department of Energy, and the Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (ARMM), is in need of a highly qualified and responsible person to occupy the position of:

 

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • College graduate, preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum five years work-related experience in administrate level purchasing
  • Knowledgeable in USAID Procurement Polices and Procedures preferred
  • Competent in developing bid documents and liaising with vendors and sub-contractors
  • Experienced in negotiation and contracts administration
  • Familiar with high-power equipment and installations
  • With a strong sense of responsibility, unquestionable integrity  and professionalism
  • Effective teamplayer
  • Self-starter and able to work independently
  • Willing to travel to Mindanao whenever necessary
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills both in English and Filipino
